Seeds for Justice Programs (Youth)

Nurtured under the umbrella of KWIC, the Seeds for Justice youth-led engagement program was initiated by a group of local and international youth who saw a need to bring youth in the community together to act on their inspiration and work together for social and environmental justice. The program includes the Facilitators Collective (which runs participatory arts-based global education workshops), Global Youth Day (annual youth conference focusing on global education and leadership), as well as supporting additional projects, including research projects.

Youth Facilitators Collective

The Youth Facilitators Collective operates under KWIC's Seeds for Justice program and offers a variety of global education and youth leadership workshops that are educational, participatory and FUN! Our Facilitators are primarily university students between the ages of 17-26 and facilitate workshops in classrooms, for community organizations, at conferences, and more.
