Sprouting and Soaking: Grains, Seeds and Greens

In this workshop, learn the fundamentals of sprouting and soaking seed foods including how to get started and all about the nutritional benefits. A registered holistic nutritionist will lead us in learning how to sprout grains and green seeds as well as discuss how sprouting and soaking can optimize nutrition in a vegetarian/vegan diet and improve overall gut health. This workshop will include demonstrations of the different stages of sprouting, as well as information on sourcing seeds, equipment and different sprouting methods. Improve your digestion, maximize your nutrition and grow your own greens all winter long!
