In this workshop, learn the fundamentals of sprouting and soaking seed foods including how to get started and all about the nutritional benefits. A registered holistic nutritionist will lead us in learning how to sprout grains and green seeds as well as discuss how sprouting and soaking can optimize nutrition in a vegetarian/vegan diet and improve overall gut health. This workshop will include demonstrations of the different stages of sprouting, as well as information on sourcing seeds, equipment and different sprouting methods.
